As the Due Diligence Specialist in our Product Management, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze the annuity business leveraging industry, carriers, products and sales data to help business growth by providing research and analysis on product positioning, existing and new annuity business opportunities
  • Represent product team in facilitating and participating in the firm's Insurance Carrier Review Committee
  • Manage product due diligence projects, support the operational due diligence team's evaluation of carriers, engage with vendors to acquire necessary input, and present to different levels of governance committees and forums
  • Manage product pipeline and approval process for new product launch across lines of business
  • Support implementation of the annuities operating model in partnership with crossfunctional stakeholders (Business Leads, Client Service, Operations, and Technology)
  • Facilitate changemanagement and syndication discussions with key stakeholders from each line of business, LOBs (e.g., CWM, JPMS, PB) and partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance & Supervision and governance to ensure policy and procedures are consistently uptodate
  • Assist with the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of intranet sites across lines of business to ensure materials are current and accurate

Required Qualifications:


  • CA/MBA with 4+ years of experience
  • Prior experience required in product due diligence / product management in financial services; Annuity related experience is a plus
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel & PowerPoint (VBA and Tableau a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fastpaced dynamic environment. Strong ability communicating with internal and external stakeholders and senior management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and poise giving presentations, especially to senior management
  • Demonstrated aptitude for sales and client relationship management
  • The ability to be a dynamic member of a team
  • Strong initiative, energy and confidence completing projects with limited supervision
