Who are we looking for?We are looking for a Developer Relations and Sales Specialist who will play a crucial role in expanding our vibrant community of XR developers.
You will be the bridge between AjnaLens and the creative minds shaping the future of extended reality.Your role involves not just selling a product but evangelising a platform that opens up new realms of possibility in XR development.
Responsibilities:
Developer Outreach and Onboarding:
Identify and engage with potential XR content developers. Facilitate their understanding and adoption of our XR platform to enhance their content creation capabilities.
Sales and Negotiation:
Drive sales of AjnaLens XR headsets, ensuring developers have the best tools in hand. Tailor solutions to meet developer needs, from indie creators to large development studios.
Education and Support:
Provide ongoing education and updates about new features, upgrades, and opportunities within our XR ecosystem. Assist developers in troubleshooting and optimising their usage of our platform and headsets.
Feedback Loop Creation:
Act as a liaison to gather and relay developer feedback to our product and engineering teams, helping to tailor our technology to market needs
Community Building:
Spearhead community initiatives, such as developer conferences, webinars, and workshops, to build a strong network of XR professionals
Market Analysis:
Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position our platform and headsets in the market.
Work Experience:
6 to 8 years of relevant experience
Qualifications:
Experience with Developer Challenges:
Awareness of common challenges faced by XR developers, such as asset management, device management at scale, performance optimisation etc
Experience with Enablement Tools:
Experience with SDKs, APIs, plugins, version/source control, and providing UI/UX guidelines
Community Engagement:
Proven track record in building and nurturing a developer community, providing support, and enhancing developer engagement through active participation and feedback.
