Role:
Warehouse Supervisor
Location:
Bengaluru, Karnataka
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement for the Warehouse allocated.
- Vendor Onboarding at PH/DC as per the requirement and plan manpower.
- Coordinating Contract/Interns Hiring with Central HR Team
- Vendor Performance Management Feedback
- Maintaining vendor database
- Making agreements with the vendors
- Ad hoc Manpower Supplier Development
- Rates Negotiations with the vendor
- Training Arrangement to Associate.
- Vendor Invoice PR Raise & payment follow up with finance dept.
- Plan Reward &Recognition Activities at PH/DC
- To follow up on regular DC/PHs Incharges regards to HR Ops processes
What We're Looking For
- 24 yrs of relevant experience in Warehouse management.
- Descent communication & strong negotiation skills
- High level of ownership & commitment to maintain data confidentiality
- Gogetter attitude & willingness to get proactively involved for seamless execution
- Disciplined approach & ability to resolve issues realtime
- Effective reporting & database management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
Salary:
₹240, ₹320,000.00 per year
