We are hiring for National Call Coordinator in our company and find the JD below

Duties and Responsibilities
log the customer calls from site inspection to service in CRM on priority.

log the Service complaints received from the Customer in CRM on priority.

Preparing and sending the escalation reports to concerned heads as per the instructions of Reporting Manager.

Should adhere to systems and policy of the company.

Minimum Job Requirements
Any Graduate; at least 0-1 year of experience related to the duties &responsibilities specified.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Should demonstrate sincerity, self-discipline with character.

Should be able to speak
English, Tamil, Hindi(must).
Should quickly learn and adapt to work with systemic approach.

15K take home)**
Location T.Nagar
