Description

Execute the projects and service for area of responsibility with compliance to policies and processes, achieving targets as defined and high level of business satisfaction.

Active participation in IT internal/business reviews in area of responsibilityAnalysis and resolution of service incidents, service requests and problems in the line of Production IT and MES.Analyze new business requirements and/or changes to business requirements, define, document and implement solutionsDescribe, design, and document business processes in your area of responsibilityUnderstanding and enforcing established quality standards, enterprise architecture standards and compliance controlsActive participation in projectsClose collaboration with other IT team members, consulting partners and with process owners/key-users on business sideCompliance to policies and processes within IT and SMP in generalAnalyzing and optimizing the IT supported business processes in area of responsibilityRegular updates and timely escalations to SupervisorGuidance and training to business users as required.


Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
