MBA from tier 1 institute

At least 3 years of consulting experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures/ Carve-outs/ Separations, Corporate Strategy/Restructuring

IT, financial or business experience towards M&A issues: due diligence, preparation for Day-1, carve-out, PMI, IT strategy, digital platforms, architectures, etc
:

A strategic mindset to shape innovative strategies and to solve complex business problems
:

Experience in working in projects with 'C level' executives as the primary stakeholders
:

-
Ability to drive actionable outcomes for clients with latest industry trends, key metrics and value drivers.

Secondary Skills:

Mastery of basic skills of advising: accuracy, analytical skills, strong oral and written communication skills, drive, and autonomy

- **Good to have understanding and experienced in one or more of other consulting domains
