Experience:
1-2 years in Contact Centre/ BPO/ Call Centre


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining empathetic and professional front with the customers
  • Helping customers for creating a pickups and conversion.
  • Acknowledging customer complaints
  • Solving customer complaints
  • Open to accept feedback on customer service efficiency process
  • Ensuring complete customer satisfaction
  • Providing professional customer service experience
  • Keeping records of customer communication, complaints, transaction and more
  • Probe and resolve the complaints and problems of the customer.
  • Maintain records of correspondence.
  • Learn and update with the changes and advancement in the services or products of the organization.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹240, ₹300,000.00 per year
