JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your role will involve:

Reporting and Management Information Systems (MIS):
- Prepare and maintain Revenue Tracker for all verticals under the leadership of the Senior Managing Director, providing summaries and insights in collaboration with various businesses.
- Analyze monthly MIS and quarterly projections.
- Support the internal Business Generation team by managing calls, tracking actions, and handling monthly calls data collation for analysis.
- Participate in internal operations calls by preparing dashboards, performing analytics, and sharing insights with business leaders.
- Assist business leaders with regional MIS as needed, automating some processes.
Business Plans:
- Consolidate and assist businesses in preparing Annual Plans, Budgeting, 5-year plans, and internal MIS/reports.
Support on Strategic Activities:
- Provide support in preparing data for meetings with the group Chairman during visits to India.
- Assist in campaigns led by the Senior Managing Director, prepare minutes, action trackers, and update notes.
- Support Senior Managing Director on group-level and corporate initiatives, including digitization activities and foreign trip planning.
- Suggest revenue enhancement and cost-saving measures.
Administration:
- Act as the central point of contact for data coordination with relevant teams for businesses under the Senior Managing Director.
- Manage annual calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare action trackers.
- Participate in calls with the Senior Managing Director.
