    JOB PURPOSE: Sr.Exec. Business DevelopmentAdding revenues incompany by brining sales from EPC (Engineering Procurement& construction)projects in Solar& ESS from corporate & industrial clientsonly
    JOBDISCRIBTION:
    • Business Development inSolar & ESS EPC by reaching out to private sector& Public
    • Sectorcompanies.
    • Customer Identification Generating& converting the leads inSales
    • Maintaining coordination with tender teamto keep a check on available tenders.
    • CheckingFeasibility analysis from technical team while bidding a tender orfiling
    • Expression of interest for a privateback to back job.
    • Making Pitch presentationsfor government departments or privatecompanies.
    • Making Technocommercial proposalsand presentations for deal closing.
    • Takingcompany products & services to the targeted markets& making sales pitches.
    • Settingquarterly sales targets along with sales strategy immediatedivision head &
    • planning resourcesto accomplish the same.
    • Handling of RequisitePreBid & business Development activities to pursuebetter &
    • attractive market inrenewable & new energysegments.
    • Business Development activities likeliaison with concerned landaggregation
    • activities prebid tie ups& market intelligence etc.
    • Problemsolving & solution driven approach to implementalternative energy on field
    • Innovation in newproduct development
    • Expert in Power Electronicsand Technology Renewable Energy Lithium IonBattery.

    Education/Experience

    SKILLS:Excellent Technical (Solar) and CommunicationSkills MS Office AUTO CAD PVSYST Project IRR Calculations/ ROICalculations Good Exposure in SolarSector TeamManagement Revenue Planning &financial planning Supply chain management& cost optimization BusinessPlan automation & digitization ofprojects TechnoCommercialapproach. Minimum 46 yrs. experience ofsales in renewable energy Credentials ofwinning Big size Solar projects in the past company with a singlehandedapproach (of minimum 10 MW& above) Open to travel& late hours working as and whenrequired Team player & TargetorientedapproachQualification:BE/ B tech & MBATIMING& LOCATION1. Timings will be9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (6 days)2. Ghatkopar WestMumbai
