    Yubiis seeking a Learning & Growth lead (technofunctional) topartner with the TM& OD leader to strategize develop andexecute techno functional learning programs enabling Yubi s scalefor growth mobilizing the talent and building a culture oflearning.

    PositionPurpose


    TheManager Learning and Growth supports establishment and execution ofmajor technofunctional learning academies Sales Product Innovationenabling the people strategy through the design and development oflearning programs and initiatives that foster a culture ofcontinuous learning. This role is focused on increasing Yubi stalent density and the organization s readiness through personaland professional growth and career development.

    PrimaryResponsibilities

    • Executethe learning & growth strategic framework aligned with Yubis goals to cultivate exceptional talent that meets the current andfuture talent priorities of theorganization.
    • Designdevelop execute the build & establishment of keytechnofunctional learning academies Sales ProductInnovation
    • Buildan internal pool of technofunctional trainers content developersmentors supporting the execution of the learningsolutions
    • Identifyestablish and maintain a learning vendor base for technofunctionallearningrequirements
    • Maintainthe digital learning playbook as a one stop shop repository oflearning offerings processes policies for all employees
    • Collaboratewith stakeholders within the people and culture org learningadvisory council to provide guidance recommendations to identifylearning & growth needs and design targeted initiativesthat foster capability build at the academies using the adultlearning methodologies and tools that enable informationretention
    • Identifyand implement assessment tools and methodologies to evaluateemployee skills competencies and potential and utilize datadriveninsights to identify skills gaps and development opportunities withtargetedinitiatives.
    • Establishkey learning metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor andevaluate learning effectiveness and impact provide regular updatesto stakeholders highlighting progress outcomes and recommendationsforimprovement.
    • Utilizethe learning management system for learning and content design andmake recommendations forimprovement.
    • Effectivelytrack the learning budget including learning educationreimbursements for pertinentprograms.
    • Keepabreast of learning trends on new educational delivery techniquesand methods.

    Requirements

    • Experiencepreferred
      • 10years experience in learning & development roles(preferablytechnofunctional)
      • Provenexperience in designing and delivering learning initiatives inpartnership with SMEs across the business verticals for aregionally dispersedworkforce.
      • Strongknowledge of learning principles adult learning theories andassessmenttools.
      • Havedeveloped/curated and delivered leading learning opportunitiesacross diverse interests or constituents to create impactful takehome value forparticipants.
      • Demonstratedtransformational thinking through approach with people learning andleadership.
      • Workedin a fastpaced agile environment; can pivot and successfully managechange.
      • Hasa digital proficiency in current learning managementsystems.
      • ChangeManagement experience is aplus
