    Description
    ERP SAP BTP ExtensionsDeveloperOur Advisory Group is seeking tofill a position of ERP Technical Lead within the TechnologyDepartment. This role will focus on Technology transformationImplementation & Support of NextGen ERP solutions for theoffice of the CTO. We are seeking an energetic selfmotivated andsolutionfocused individual that can collaborate effectively withinternal and external stakeholders at alllevels.

    This individual will be responsiblefor partnering with the business and the leadership team to driveour ERP transformation to SAP S/4 HANA.

    Very good understanding ofSAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).


    ERP SAP BTP ExtensionsDeveloperResponsibilities:
    Supports S4 solution configuration and technicaldevelopment. Should be able to performquality checks code reviews and enforce industry standarddevelopment practices. Effectively engageswith IT delivery partners and implements industry standardsolutions leveraging the go forwardplatforms. Uses extensive IT Developmentknowledge at domain level and supports change management andbusiness adoption of technologies.
    Participates as a member of crossfunctional development teams.
    Performs analysis of crossfunctional and complex businessrequirements.

    Evaluate SAP roadmap providerecommendations on tools Software and implementationstrategies Deliver on the scope of the ERPtransformation program collaborating with various teams for thebusiness transformation for Practice Management System across thedomains of Financial Management Engagement and Billing TimeManagement applications Resource management Pricing &Forecasting and assist in their technical and extensionneeds.

    Create an environment where peopleand technology thrive together to accomplish more than they couldapart. Drive and take ownership fordeveloping connections that help deliver what is best for ourpeople and stakeholders.

    The position willwork closely with the business and IT leadership teams serving asleader bringing forth opportunities to leverage the ERP solution tosupport the efficient running and growth of ourorganization.


    MinimumQualifications:
    Bachelor or equivalentdegree in Information Systems Computer Science orengineering.

    Experience in SAP BTPIntegration services PI/PO/XI 8 yearsworking experience in large scale ERP implementation like SAPSalesforce SuccessFactors CONCUR COUPA.Solid understanding of Integration principles and patternstechnologies and protocols (REST ODATA SOAP XML JSON Message queuesIdentity management SAML OAUTH) Strongtechnology orientation in development space in areas of ABAP FIORIcustom applications and extensions.

    Hands ondelivery experience in the domain of Professional Services andIntegrated Systems for large enterpriseAbility to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrentlydemonstrated experience operating in an unstructured &collaborative environment Preference towardscandidates that have worked in an international business settingand have experience with and passion for working in diverseteams Flexibility to travel locally andinternationally
