Job Description :
Pricing Analyst

Source competitive rates based on equipment specifications, customer needs, and service expectations using existing and new carriers.
Manage the rate inquiry mailbox to ensure all rate requests are quickly and properly auctioned
Provide competitive spot rates with margin and/or provide alternate solutions if needed.
To coordinate with Shipping line for sea freight and negotiate for best freight.
To coordinate with agents for Air Freight and negotiate for best freight.
To coordinate with overseas agents ,Overseas Partners & office for best rates
Sending quotes to customers
Generating new sales queries
Coordination with Sales team for business coordination
Coordination with operations, shipping lines/ airlines to manage services. Preparing reports like MIS,

DSO, performance & profitability

Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers to secure competitive pricing.
Other duties and assignments as required
Maintaining zero error performance

Skills & Requirements

Good problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
Minimum Bachelor Degree,
Minimum 5 to 6years of relevant experience of working with freight forwarder is must
High quality written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
Accurate and able to produce quality work
Ability to work in teams and open to others' views

Experience:

Experience with Freight Forwarder : 5 years (required):

Must have good experience in MS office

Age above 30 + to 35

Staying in Western line
