Customer support executive - International Banking voice Process - Hindi

Location:
Guindy, Ambattur, Perungudi.

Salary: 21k Take home ; 25k CTC

Shift:
Day rotational and Rotational week off

5 day's working
One way traveling ticket will be provided _
(Flight Tickets)_

‌7 days accommodation will be provided.
‌Relocation bonus will be given after 2 Months of basic pay approximate
14, ,000 after
90 days from the date of joining.

‌Retention bonus of
750 rs for first 3 month will be provided, which you will get on 4 month salary, employees must have
90 - 95% attandance to get the retention bonus. From 4th month retention bonus will be increased from
rs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist customers in resolving product or servicerelated issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide feedback on customer issues and trends.
Contribute to improving customer support processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency and enhancement.
Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service at all times.
