Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Bakery Chef to join our culinary.

As a Bakery chef you will be responsible for assisting the Head Pastry Chef in creating and delivering high-quality baked goods and desserts that exceed our guests' expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Chef to plan and execute the daily operations of the bakery section.
  • Prepare a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts, ensuring adherence to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels of bakery ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Train and supervise junior pastry staff members, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure consistency and quality in product preparation.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper storage, handling, and labeling of food products.
  • Assist in developing new bakery items and seasonal menus, staying current with industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure seamless coordination and efficient operations in the kitchen.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience working as a baker / pastry or similar role in a highvolume, fine dining establishment, preferably within a 5star hotel or restaurant.
  • Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment, with a passion for creating visually stunning and delicious desserts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Formal culinary training or relevant certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred.

Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
