Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Bakery Chef to join our culinary.

As a Bakery chef you will be responsible for assisting the Head Pastry Chef in creating and delivering high-quality baked goods and desserts that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Senior Chef to plan and execute the daily operations of the bakery section.
Prepare a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts, ensuring adherence to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels of bakery ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Train and supervise junior pastry staff members, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure consistency and quality in product preparation.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper storage, handling, and labeling of food products.
Assist in developing new bakery items and seasonal menus, staying current with industry trends and customer preferences.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure seamless coordination and efficient operations in the kitchen.

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a baker / pastry or similar role in a highvolume, fine dining establishment, preferably within a 5star hotel or restaurant.
Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment, with a passion for creating visually stunning and delicious desserts.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Formal culinary training or relevant certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
