    Job description: Sales Executive - Real Estate

    As a Sales Representative in the real estate industry at WeOwn Services Pvt Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue generation. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads provided by the marketing team and convert them into closed deals with potential buyers and investors. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are ambitious, results-oriented, and have a passion for sales and the real estate market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Lead Qualification:

    Assess and qualify leads provided by the marketing team to determine their level of interest, budget, and timeline.

    Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients.

    2. Client Relationship Management:

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with qualified leads to understand their requirements and preferences.

    Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase available properties and address client queries.

    3. Sales Negotiation and Closing:

    Present sales offers and negotiate terms and conditions to achieve optimal outcomes for both the client and the company.

    Guide clients through the sales process, including documentation, financing, and legal procedures.

    4..Market Analysis and Research:

    Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.

    Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess individual and team performance and identify areas for improvement.

    5. Team Collaboration:

    Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales transactions.

    Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to share insights, strategies, and best practices.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

    Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Proficiency in MS Office.
