- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Certificate in occupational health and safety
- Developing, implementing and reviewing the organizational health and safety management systems
- Conducting Contractor's OHS evaluation, monitoring and management
- Incidents and accidents investigation and compiling of incident statistics
- Coordinating Health and Safety induction of new employees in conjunction with HR department
- Coordinating Health and Safety committee activities
- Updating and maintaining the Legal register
- Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.
- Developing and implementing quality processes in circle
- Understand customer quality requirements and drive them in circle
- Field visits for on job training and building model sites – Min 2 days in a week
- Conduct monthly quality review meeting with circle delivery team
- Implementation of OHS and quality RSA (Remote site audit) process in circle to ensure first time acceptance by customer
- Maintain database, do proper analysis, circulate daily, weekly and monthly quality & OHS dashboard
- Implement reward and penalty process in circle
