Responsible for providing high-quality technical support for Charging device and SaaS product3. Taking ownership of technical issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.4. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues.5. Working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.6. Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.7. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.8. Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps in the ticketing system.
- Good working knowledge of TCP/IP Networking2. Advanced Linux Networking3. Microsoft Client and Server Operating Systems4. Basic Linux Skills5. Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills6. Problem-Solving skills7. Excellent Documentation Skills8. Python and SQL knowgledge is added advantage.
