Requirement for Academic Counselor/Center Head

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Convert walk-in and virtual inquiries into admissions to meet monthly targets.

Generate revenue for the branch through admissions and other revenue streams.

Provide academic counseling to prospective students and parents.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including attendance management and coordination with faculty and staff.

Conduct regular meetings with the team to review performance and strategize for improvement.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, counseling, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in the education sector is a plus.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
