    JOBSUMMARY

    Responsible for execution of overalldistribution Sales & Marketing of IceCream & FDProducts in designated area of operation and ensure to promote /develop and expansion of the business with an objective to achievethe budgeted targets.

    KEY RESULTAREAS:

    1. Plan execute and achieve thesales targets as per the business plan.
    2. Developmarket intelligence and expansion of distributionnetwork.
    3. Promote extend & executeof model parlours business operations.
    4. Ensureto collect / recovers the sales realisation and outstandings.
    5. Optimum utilization ofresources Funds and Cost Control.
    6. AssetsManagement & Control.
    7. Ontimely distribution of Milk Products by ensuringlogistics.
    8. Organize Customer ContractPrograms and addressing complaints.
    9. Plan execute and achievethe sales targets as per the businessplan.

    a)Responsible to Identify & forecast the Sales &Marketing status of Competitors and their activities in respectivearea of Operations and provide the information to the concernreporting authority.

    b)Responsible to identify the gaps in the Marketing Strategy andfulfilling the gaps in coordinate with reportingauthority.

    c) Responsible to plan to sellmore impulse range to generate more profits monthly plan forsegmentation of SKU based on Sticks / Cones / Novelties / Cups / PP/FP Bulk.

    Develop market intelligence and expansionof distribution network.

    a)Responsible to forecast competitors and their activities whileachieving the sales targets in the line with business requirementas per the schedule without anydeviation.

    b) Responsible to identify andappointment of the new agents in the respective area ofoperation.

    c) Ensure the bifurcation of theCity/Town and appoint Distributors based on the potentiality andexpand the distribution Channels/networks as per the businessplan.

    Promoteextend & execute of modelparlours business operations.

    a)Responsible for identify the new agents and develop the parloursbusiness in the allotted area ofoperation.

    b) Responsible for Channelwisedevelopment of sales in the area ofoperation.

    c) Creating Visibility on 3 SModel (Street/Shop/Shelf) and Participatein Fairs/Exhibitions to create awareness and BrandVisibility.

    Ensure to collect/recover the sales realisation and outstandings.

    a)Responsible for daily collection of Sales realisation andoutstanding amounts from the agent against indent supplies withoutany deviations.

    b)Responsible for daytoday reconciliation of Stocks Supplies andmonthly reconciliation of Agent s Accounts on daily basis incoordination with Finance & AccountsTeam.

    1. Optimum utilizationof resources Funds and CostControl.

    a) Responsible to establish sales teams across area ofoperation to assess their performance and enhance the skill levelsfrom time to time.

    b) Responsible for effective control overon utilization of other resources like logistics and Funds in the budget.

    1. Assets Management andControl.

    a)Responsible for regular monitor and effective controlDeep freezer the accounts provided to the agents withproper documentation.

    b)Responsible to maintain the data of freezer movements by takingspecified deposits.

    c)Responsible for monitoring Warranty and AMC for freezer maintenancewithin the schedule.

    1. Timely distribution of MilkProducts by ensuring logistics

    a)Responsible for timely receive the indents from agents and ensureto supply Milk Products on time without anydeviation.

    b) Responsible for arrangingthe logistics for distribution of Milk Products and avoid leakages/damages by taking proper safeguardmeasures.

    c)Responsible to maintain product temperature in line with the SOP sat the time of distribution.

    d)Responsible to coordinate with plants for stocks and productMix.

    1. Organize CustomerContract Programs and address thecomplaints

    a)Responsible for addressing the agent s problems & customercomplaints on time in proper manner without anydelay.

    b)Responsible to record the number of complaints received andaddressed in the prescribed format submit to the concern reportingauthority.
