Position Overview:

As a Marketing and Digital Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in both traditional marketing and digital marketing realms.

You will work closely with the marketing team to support various marketing initiatives, including market research, campaign planning, content creation, social media management, SEO, and data analysis.

This role is designed to provide you with a well-rounded understanding of marketing practices while developing essential skills in the digital landscape.


Responsibilities:


Market Research:
Conduct research on target markets, customer preferences, and industry trends to gather insights and support marketing strategies.
Analyze competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
Assist in gathering customer feedback and conducting surveys or interviews to understand their needs and preferences.

Campaign Planning and Execution:
Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, both online and offline.

Content Creation:
Contribute to the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, website copy, and other promotional materials.
Assist in developing visual assets such as images, infographics, and videos to enhance marketing collateral.
Ensure that all marketing content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Digital Marketing:
Assist in managing and monitoring social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Support SEO efforts by conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and monitoring search rankings.
Assist in planning and executing online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display ads.
Monitor digital campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide reports on campaign effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze marketing and digital metrics, such as website traffic, campaign performance, social media engagement, and customer behavior.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations to summarize key findings and provide actionable recommendations.
Monitor marketing KPIs and track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and design, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.

Communicate marketing messages effectively through various channels, both online and offline.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or recently graduated).
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing concepts.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, SEO, and online advertising.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
  • Detailoriented and wellorganized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Creativity and the ability to think critically to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.

Salary:
₹5, ₹10,000.00 per month


Schedule:
