    Overview:In this role you will help conduct Action Research Program Designand Implementationtostrengthen RocketLearning s initiatives on gendersensitive and genderresponsivepedagogy inEarlyChildhood Careand Education across thecountry.
    KeyResults
    1. Generatea comprehensive nationallevel report on gender and inclusionpractices in early childhood education inIndia.
    2. Ensuring thatall Rocket Learning s products (parent product teacher product)create awareness about the importance of gender and inclusionpractices and enable caregivers to adopt the relevantpractices.

    KeyActivities
    1. Researchdesign and implementation to understand status quo ofgendersensitive and genderresponsive pedagogies in Anganwadicenters across thecountry.
    2. Design andimplementation of online and offline initiatives towards creatinginclusive early childhood education including content trainingbehaviour change campaigns andnudges.
    3. Monitoring andEvaluation of Rocket s programs and interventions oninclusion.
