    EligibilityCriteria:
    • Strongobjection handling skills.
    • A good understandingof recruitment.
    • A laptop and WiFiconnection.
    • An alternative SIM/number forcandidate calls.
    • A compatible phone for callrecording.
    • Comfort working within companynorms.
    • Availability on call email and WhatsAppgroups during shift hours.
    • IT Recruiters arenot eligible as its for BPOHiring.
    Responsibilities :
    • Conductinterviews over the phone.
    • Use variousrecruiting methods like jobadvertising/posting.
    • Source candidates fromdatabases social media etc.
    • Post a Job onvarious portals >> Take Interview on calls>> Align the interview in the company>> Follow up with them till the joiningdate.

    • HR (On call)>> Ops (On videocall).
