    Description
    • Candidate must have excellentcommunication & managing ability to handle the employeesrequirements.
    • Should have Computing &Microsoft Excel Skills.
    • Mandatory to followcompany norms & Govt. statutoryprocedures.
    • Should follow corporate Mailcommunication and regularize file management track vacancy recordsand maintain employees data.
    • Recruit candidatesby effective sourcing and onboard.
    • HR shouldwork as a team provide employee counselling and reduceattrition.
    • Handle endtoend recruitmentprocesses including sourcing screening andonboarding.
    • Conduct employee orientation andfacilitate training programs.
    • Conduct regularemployee surveys and gather feedback for continuousimprovement.
    • Assist in fostering a positivework culture and teambuildingactivities.
    • Provide support to employees invarious HRrelated topics such as leaves and compensation andresolve any issues that may arise
    • Understandingof general human resources policies andprocedures
    Key AreaResposibility:
    • Create trustingrelations with all employees from the newly joined to the seniorstaff
    • Prepare a plan to meet regularly withevery employee.
    • These meetings should representa safe space for the employees to share anything they feel abouttheir personal or professional life
    • Ensure thatall the staff are aware of their benefits and how to obtain them(PT Allowanceetc)
    • Counsel staff members who aregoing through a difficult period whether on the job or on theirpersonal life
    • Whenever an issue with anemployee arises help the dialogue between the HR team/managementand the employee. For example about a leave request or adisciplinary issue
    • Address employee queries andgrievances in a timely and professionalmanner
    • Maintain a positive workingenvironment
