    Description

    The person will be responsible for :

    • HR Strategy and Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
    • Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain and motivate highquality employees. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.

    Employee Engagement:
    Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, conducting team-building activities, and implementing employee recognition programs.

    • HR Policy and Compliance: Review, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory concerns and reporting requirements. Keep abreast of all federal, state, and local legal requirements, advising management on needed actions to remain compliant.
    • Performance Management: Oversee effective appraisal systems, coach managers on performance management issues and processes, and ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers.
    • Learning and Development: Assess training needs and monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met.
    • Audit and Reporting: Participate in audits related to HR practices and procedures. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
    • Budget Management: Participate in the development of departmental budgets and maintain cost discipline.
