Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Blow Mold Machine Operator to join in plastic bottle manufacturing industry in Bahadurgarh Haryana.

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining blow molding machines used to produce a variety of plastic bottles.


Responsibilities:


  • Set up and operate blow molding machines according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Monitor machine parameters and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficient production.
  • Load preforms and other materials into the machines.
  • Inspect finished bottles for quality and identify defects.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks on the machines, such as cleaning and lubrication.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data.
  • Report any problems or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 year of experience operating blow molding machines in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic machine problems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:


  • Plastics blow molding: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • ITI (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Batala, Punjab (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Batala, Punjab: Relocate before starting work (required)
