Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, data entry, and reconciliations.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented.
  • Assist in banking activities, including reconciliations and deposits.
  • Assist in the monthend and yearend close process.
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.


Experience:

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
