    Description

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Developer specializing in finance platforms preferably from a product based company to join our dynamic team. As a UX Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing user interfaces for our financial applications, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for user engagement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers to define user requirements and design goals.
    • Design and develop user interfaces for finance platforms, including dashboards, data visualization screens, transaction flows, and account management interfaces.
    • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve user satisfaction and task efficiency.
    • Ensure consistency and adherence to UX best practices across all screens and components of the finance platforms.
    • Work closely with development teams to implement designs and provide guidance on front-end development best practices.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UX design and finance to continuously improve our products and processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design and development, with a focus on finance platforms or related industries.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
    • Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and interaction design patterns.
    • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
    • Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
    • Portfolio showcasing previous work in UX design for finance platforms or similar complex applications.
