Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base in the assigned regions.

Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with existing customers to promote repeat business.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Create and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.

Stay updated with industry developments and recommend changes to sales strategies accordingly.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance the company's brand presence.

Continuously strive to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive in the automobile industry.

Strong knowledge of automobile products, market trends, and competitor activities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions (Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Maharashtra).

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a focus on achieving results.

A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work-related purposes.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
