    From leasing commercial office space to large MNCs and startups; warehousing space to logistics companies and storage companies; to helping in purchasing residential homes, finding land for developing and arranging for funding for developers – the company is engaged with real estate clients in every aspect.


    Team Member Role:
    Manager/Assistant Manager - Real Estate Transaction


    What would the work Entail:

    • 3+ years of Residential Real Estate Transaction experience with good knowledge of Bangalore geography
    • Build, maintain and develop strong relationships with Key Account Clients and key decisionmakers in the industry.
    • Build, maintain and develop strong relationships with developers/property owners and HNI clients.
    • Review properties and propose suitable options for the requirement.
    • Manage/ Build an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious team in the most productive manner.
    • Manage the transaction process end–to–end in an efficient manner to achieve smooth closures.
    • Responsible for the individual/ team's P&L

    Your Attributes:

    • Selfstarter, Entrepreneurial, Confident, Collaborative, able to multitask, highly dependable, efficient and detailoriented.
    • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
    • Excellent with MS excel, word and PowerPoint presentations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling the development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues
    • Understanding and commitment to client satisfaction and client management
