    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance professional to join one of our clients.

    About our client

    Our client is a global consumer-driven manufacturing and sourcing platform serving the world's leading brands and retailers. Over the last few years, our client has widened its presence across the globe. They have its global footprints in 22 countries with 50+ offices.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for accurate and timely accounting of entity as per accounting standards.
    • Recording of accounting transactions in SAP in coordination with teams in UAE, UK, Hong Kong or elsewhere
    • Proficient in tax audit processes and procedures, with handson experience in tax compliance and reporting
    • Demonstrated experience in overseeing and managing statutory audits for financial entities.
    • Possess Forex/Hedging, Cashflow, Treasury/Banking and Retail Industry Exposure
    • Supervision of posting by team member of all vendor payments in various foreign currencies, customer receipts and sales invoice allocation
    • Supervision of accounting of credit and debit notes to vendors and customers
    • Approval of costing in SAP for every Sales order.
    • Checking and ensuring correctness of entries passed and Ledger scrutiny
    • Following up and managing receivable and escalating if there are issues in collection as appropriate.
    • Ensuring timely completion of Bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations
    • Vendor, receivables ageing and advances follow up
    • Fixed asset capitalization and depreciation run
    • Preparing MIS pack (list of reports required for MIS) and Presentations
    • Preparing Audit pack (list of reports required for Audit) and Audit liaising
    • Preparation of annual budget and forecast on quarterly basis.
    • Strong understanding of business finance, analytics and problemsolving skills
    • Performing financial analysis / forecasting and Variance Analysis
    • Good quantitative and analytical skills
    • Excellent organizational skills track and organize supporting for all transactions, contract/ agreements/ licenses.
    • Ability to manage numerous timesensitive matters simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
    • Preparation of Ad hoc requirements from CEO / CFO.
    Key skills required

    • A qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 47 years of strong experience in Finance, Taxation & Accounting background
    • At least 2 years of experience in managing a team
    • Good analytical skills, aptitude for numbers and proficient in SAP FICO & MM, Advanced Excel, etc.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written
    • High execution focus and result oriented to meet deadlines on assignments.
