Job Description Summary:

The role is related to customer equipment, facilities or infrastructure projects, responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.

Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Involve in site planning, project planning and project execution, responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for smallmedium sized projects (size in relation to GEHC company) that may include equipmentonly, suites of products or nonturnkey projects.
  • Analyze architectural, Structural and Services drawings provided by customers and external consultants. Schedule activities and prepare project formats
  • Utilize indepth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy
  • Work in customer interfacing role and should independently handle design and execution of projects with experience in execution of building services
  • Demonstrated track record of strong focus on guiding customers through planning till execution of designs
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead low end to high end equipments installation with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires 3 plus years of advanced experience in site planning role at drafting and decisionmaking positions with B. Arch degree from a reputed institute
  • Expert in AutoCAD 2D and knowledge of electricity, mechanics, physics, civil works, building trade, CAD
  • Knowledge and inclination towards engineering aspects of the building and Field operational experience

Desired Characteristics

  • Master's degree in construction management
  • M.Arch degree from a reputed institute
  • Exposure of working with interior fit out companies
  • Additional knowledge of AutoCAD 3D or 3D Max
  • Business understanding.
  • Project management expertise
  • Knowledge of social and local regulations, EHS rules.
  • Knowledge in transportation and logistics.
  • Exposure in construction of retail outlets, industrial or hospital architecture would be an added advantage
