    Qualification:

    DescriptionWe are seeking a Dealer Development Executive to join our automotive company.

    As a Dealer Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and developing new dealer partnerships.

    You will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with potential dealers, negotiating contracts, and implementing strategies to ensure the overall success of our dealership network.

    ResponsibilitiesIdentify and recruit new dealerships that align with our company's strategic goals and objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with current and potential dealers to enhance business opportunitiesAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop effective dealer acquisition and retention strategiesCollaborate with the sales team to identify and evaluate potential dealership opportunities and develop comprehensive business plansConduct regular performance reviews with dealerships to ensure alignment with sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiencyProvide training and support to dealerships on product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute dealer incentive programs, promotions, and eventsRequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in dealer development, automotive sales, or a similar role within the automotive industryStrong knowledge of automotive dealership operations, including sales, marketing, and customer serviceExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersProactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamResults-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targetsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareValid driver's license and willingness to travel as neededAbility to adapt to a dynamic and changing industry landscape
