Description

Ensure all the guidelines & SOPs are being followed to maintain required discipline

Ensure safety & security of SRC assets and camp children
Ensure effective communication between SOCH Rehabilitation Centre and the Reporting Authority
Ensure proper & timely feedback to Reporting Authority regarding the work plan, program implementations, daily events and camp related activities. Organizes daily, weekly and monthly assessments of camp activities.
Ensure logístical arrangements related to the SRC & ongoing Camps, as per need.
Manage all the staff members in the SRC & ongoing camps
Assist & report in time to the HR/Admin team in all matters relevant to the SRC and ongoing camps, such as tracking absence/attendance sheet, performance lapses, violation of discipline guidelines, breach of Code of Conduct & any safetysecurity issues.
Maintain and strengthen key relationships with stakeholders
Ensure proper guests and visitor management at the SRC & the ongoing camps.
Comply with deadline pertaining to the submission of reports & documents to respective departments.
Any other tasks/responsibilities requested by Reporting Authority.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
