Post Recruitment activities- Fill coversheet after recruitment on basis of inputs from Regional HR.
- Responsible for collating reports on Joining activities on the basis of inputs from Retail HR post recruitment.
- Responsible for generation of HR related letters (Appointment/Confirmation etc.) for MFL Retail store employees.
- Compile data from Consultant (Tact India) on background verifications of new recruits and maintain records of same.
Transfers- Generation of HR related letters regarding Transfer activities.
- To route salary processing to correct locations in case of Transfers.
- Real time data management on Sampoorna for MFL.TPT, Franchisee and B&S stores.
- Interact with vendor responsible for Sampoorna to communicate on issues and changes regarding the portal.
- Initiate offboarding processes for MFL Retail employees after receiving intimation from respective Regional HR.
- Responsible for collating Exit forms and forwarding them to the Compensation & Benefits team.
- Responsible for collating reports on Exit/Appraisal/Transfer activities and present them to the management when required.
