    Description
    Were seeking a skilledPerformance MarketingExecutive/Specialist to join our team adigital marketing agency located in Andheri West Mumbai. As aPerformance Marketer your main goal will be to drive online salesfor our clients with a focus on their websites. Reporting directlyto the Senior Manager youll play a crucial role in optimizing ourmarketing strategies for maximumeffectiveness.
    KeyResponsibilities:Utilizepaid acquisition channels such as Facebook and Google ads to driveonlinepurchasesensuring afavourable Return on Advertising Spend(ROAS).
    • Conductexperiments on various aspects of our campaigns including targetinglanding page experience special offers and messaging to enhanceoverall conversionrates.
    • Analyzecampaign performance using datadriven insights and quantitativeanalysis techniques closely collaborating with our creative andmarketing teams to implement innovativestrategies.
    • Establishkey performance indicators (KPIs) for performance marketing andmonitor emerging metrics critical for performance management andoptimization.
    • Utilizeinsights derived from data analysis to refine and optimizemarketing strategies andcampaigns.
    • Leverageinplatform execution experience to set up and manage campaigns onFacebook Ads Managed Google Ads and Google AdWords identifying andaddressing marketing performance issues through root cause analysisusing analytics tools like GoogleAnalytics.
    • Demonstratea proven track record of effectively managing significantadvertising budgets for D2C brands in the 01 growth stagedelivering measurable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion(CPA) across all channels.
    • Conduct regularaudits of conversion rates and execute A/B tests and usertesting/feedback initiatives to enhance conversion rates across ourdigital channels andassets.

    QualificationsandExperience:
    • Demonstratedability to adapt and grow with our agency contributing to our goalof becoming a global leader in theindustry.
    • 25 years ofrelevant experience in paid performance marketing with a deepunderstanding of running multiple paid campaigns across FacebookGoogle and otherplatforms.
    • Experiencein customer acquisition retention and engagement strategies coupledwith a strong analyticalmindset.
    • Priorexperience working with D2C brands is advantageous as is experiencewithin the fashion lingerie or clothing industry particularly withbrands in the 01 growthstage.
    • Min. 2 years ofExperience.
