    Job Description:

    This role requires you to be able to be a content creator, build a community of likeminded people and manage the Social Media pages of a purpose driven brand. We want people who themselves are creators of content using their phones, platforms and software's.

    You will be responsible for creating & implementing social media platforms' content strategies. The duties would include analysing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning Social campaigns to build community online. He/she will be responsible in engaging people, leverage monitoring tools for insights and align the work with a brand's goals.

    Desired experience:

    • Should have an eye for social media trends and know how to engage the audience on social media platforms.
    • Should be able to perform research on current benchmarks and audience preferences. Should set specific objectives and report on ROI
    • Should be able to design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
    • Should self-create, curate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
    • Should be able to capture good photos and videos of products & people. Knows their way around a camera, lighting and settings. Good Design & copy sense preferred. If you write long & Short form well, that's a bonus.
    • Should communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
    • Collaborate with likeminded brands, influencers & people to create content and engagement.
    • Should suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness and engagement.
    • Should stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
    • Should be a very social person and comfortable in front of a camera and audience
    • Should be ready to travel for events and for content creation
    • 1-2 years' experience of handling engaging personal or company pages. Preferably, FMCG, Publisher Brands, from Social Media Agency etc
