    We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our software engineering team at As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the technical direction of our projects, leading a team of software engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
    • Architect scalable and efficient software solutions that meet business objectives and technical requirements.
    • Drive best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.
    • Oversee the implementation of agile methodologies and processes to optimize team efficiency and project delivery.
    • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high standards of code quality.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our technical stack and development processes.
    • Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges proactively, ensuring timely resolution and project success.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a software engineer, with at least 2 to 3 year of experience in software development.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading teams and driving technical initiatives.
    • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, and experience with modern frameworks and libraries.
    • Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and system scalability.
    • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, and proficiency with agile tools such as Jira or Trello.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
