    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team.

    The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient functioning of various departments within the organization.

    The candidate will also be responsible for day-to-day operational conversations with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills,

    exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving operational excellence.


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Seamlessly coordinate and collaborate with the Account Management team, finance team, and operations team
    • Oversee and manage daily operations, including but not limited to client onboarding formalities, logistics, project tracking, asset management, process optimization etc,.
    • Effectively manage time to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and workflows
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Provide leadership and guidance to operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
    • Prepare and present reports on operational performance and key metrics to senior management

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Prefer candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
    • Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving operational excellence, will be given priority
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
    • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
