Description

• To provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls, minute of meetings, taking messages, and other administrative tasks as required to support the CEO
• Act as the point of contact among management, employees, clients and other external partners
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist with various projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
• Collaborate with other team members to support overall organizational goals
• Should have proactive approach to learn new things, well organized and ability to prioritize
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work
• Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Any other duties relevant to the needs of the organization and as directed.
• Graduate in any stream
• Technical or Management background is added advantage
• MBA or computer science background is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and situations
