Looking to hire Customer Care Executives for Bangalore with a well-established company.This role is WFO based in Bangalore with 6 days working.
Job Role will include
- The primary job of a CCE will be to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
Take ownership of customer issues.
Troubleshoot problems and drive resolutions.
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.
Handle customer over phone call and provide solutions to their problems.

Pay:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
