    Description

    The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

    How can you make an Impact?

    • The core purpose of this role is to ensure timely sale of units in the allocated project.
    • Will provide accurate & relevant information to customers on price, delivery & specifications of unit/project by conducting site visits and responding to enquiries via calls & emails within the assigned timelines.
    • Liaising with back office, legal & accounts department to facilitate documentation and timely resolution of customer queries.
    • Will be responsible for existing payment(s) and timely collection(s) thereof.
    • Maintaining & developing relationships with all prospect & existing customers to generate referrals to achieve sales target.
    • Daily updating of details on Sales Force software.

    What are we looking for?

    • Min 4-5 yrs of relevant work exp preferably into realestate & Hospitality sales.
    • High on Integrity.
    • Willingness to "do what it takes".
    • Passionate about adding value and creating high impact for both employees and the organization.
    • Should be upfront and possess a go-getter attitude.
    • Highly intellectual and good at objection handling
    • Languages known: Hindi, English & Tamil (Must)
