Roles & Responsibilities:


Job Role:

As a Field Sales Supervisor, you will lead a team of 7-8 Field Sales Representatives.

Your role involves visiting diverse markets within Gujarat, Promoting Sales for 2W & 4W Spare parts, and Motivating the Team to achieve sales targets.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and motivate a team of 67 field sales representatives to achieve their sales targets.
  • Operations Management: Ensure the efficient and effective execution of daytoday sales operations, including field visits, and client meetings.
  • Sales Targets: Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve realistic sales targets, providing necessary support, training, and resources to ensure success.
  • Reports Maintenance: Regularly compile and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions. Present findings to the management team.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, improve selling skills, and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Requirements:


  • Education: Graduate
  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales of Automobile spare parts.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel.
  • Week Off: Sunday Fixed Off.
  • Must know Excel.

Remuneration:


  • Salary up to 40k CTC + Traveling Allowance + PF + Accidental Cover + Mediclaim.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
