Position:
FPO Consultant


Academic Qualification:
MBA or equivalent with Graduation in any Agriculture Stream

  • Ability to speak, read and write in English, Hindi and Marathi
  • Ability to work in excel, power point
  • Knowledge about agriculture value chains for major crops grown in the above mentioned states
  • Readiness to travel frequently and work in rural parts
FPO Consultant will be based out of Pune and will manage operations across three states.

  • Managing a team of FPO Coordinators
  • Guide team of FPO Coodinators in identification of Village Clusters, mobilization of Farmers, formation of farmer groups, Registration of FPC, Capacity Building of FPO BODs, farmers and FPO Staff, Data Collection and Analysis
  • Development of FPO Business Plan
  • Support and Monitor FPO Development activities
  • Submission of reports
  • Data Management: Collection, Digitization, Analysis of Data with regards to FPO Management
