*Job Title: Account Executive**

Experience:
3-7 years in any Industry


Immediate Joiner Preferred

Salary:
Between 21,000/- to 30,000/- CTC per month


Responsibilities:

1.


Book Purchase Bills/MRN and Expenses Bill in Tally:


  • Accurately record and maintain all purchase bills, Material Receipt Notes (MRN), and expenses bills in Tally software.
2.


Strong Accounting Knowledge:


  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of accounting concepts and principles to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
3.


Payment Processing:


  • Handle cheque payments and RTGS transactions efficiently and in a timely manner.
4.


Excel-Based MIS Reports:


  • Prepare and present detailed MIS reports using Microsoft Excel to provide insights into financial performance.
5.


Record Keeping:


  • Maintain organized and uptodate financial records in physical files for easy reference.
6.


Bank and Vendor Reconciliation:


  • Perform bank reconciliation to ensure account accuracy, and reconcile vendor accounts regularly.
7.


GST Knowledge:


  • Possess a strong understanding of GST regulations and ensure compliance with GST requirements.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
  • Proficiency in Tally software with at least 34 years of experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sharp IQ and attention to detail.
  • Internet surfing skills for research and data gathering.
