    Description

    Position Title:

    Senior/Project Director (Quantitative)Nature of work:
    Project Management Role in Quantitative Research


    Job Location:
    Delhi/Mumbai


    Roles and Responsibilities:


    Management:
    Independently manage assigned projects, adhering to timelines and budgets, while identifying and escalating risks

    Methodology:
    Draft proposals with thorough research methodologies, including data collection methods like online, telephone, and in-person surveys

    Estimation and Budgeting:
    Prepare cost estimates aligned with management guidelines, and develop project budgets

    Development:
    Create questionnaires tailored to business requirements for both simple and complex Quality Assurance:

    Coordinate with Operations Team for field planning, conduct preliminary data analysis, and ensure quality checks and pilot testing

    Communication:
    Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining project documentation and records

    Preparation and

    Analysis:
    Generate insightful reports with actionable recommendations based on data analysis

    Trends Monitoring:
    Stay updated on relevant industry trends and news through external resources
    Quality

    Management:
    Monitor data quality, addressing inconsistencies or errors as they arise


    Management:
    Maintain timely communication with clients, addressing concerns such as red flags and timeline delays


    Analysis:
    Apply advanced statistical techniques like regression analysis, factor analysis, and conjoint analysis

    Development:
    Participate in training opportunities and stay updated on emerging research tools and techniques

    Management and Collaboration:
    Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills while collaborating with team members and other departments

    Participation:
    Actively participate in project meetings and discussions to ensure effective coordination and progress tracking.

    Prerequisites


    or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related of experience in proposal writing, instrument drafting, data analysis, and report writing for primary research projectsanalytical and critical thinking skills.communication and presentation work independently and as part of a detail and strong organizational skills.

    Experience with data analysis tools such as SPSS, Python
