    Description

    Deputy Manager - Global Ecosystem and Alliances

    The professional will collaborate with colleagues from India and senior leaders in the global Ecosystems and Alliances team and consulting practice. They will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the firm's Consulting business, emerging technologies, and potential alliance or acquisition targets' business models.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Own and manage segments of a significant project
    • Conduct thorough analysis leveraging large technology datasets and/or develop GTM models utilizing advanced financial analysis and Excel proficiency
    • Gather, analyze, and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data to draw conclusions and formulate strategic recommendations
    • Showcase expertise in management frameworks
    • Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and/or Tableau dashboards, and deliver presentations to senior colleagues in the US or globally
    • Demonstrate strong project management skills, seamlessly transitioning between different projects
    • Proactively share best practices among team members in the US, globally, and India

    Develop and nurture alliances with counterparts in the US and globally

    Requisite core skills:

    • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Proficient in core consulting skills, including analytical, research, communication, and presentation abilities
    • Ability to synthesize extensive data and diverse stakeholder perspectives into actionable insights

    • Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling aptitude
    • Adaptability and agility in a dynamic work setting
    • Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and a proven track record of executing impactful initiatives

    • Capacity to collaborate effectively in global, multicultural teams

    Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing:

    • Academic qualification: Master's Degree such as MBA/CFA
    • Work experience: 6 years, with a minimum of 2 years post-MBA experience
    • Work mode: Hybrid environment, with 3 days in the office
    • Strong track record in previous roles, preferably within consulting firms or corporate strategy
    • Location: Mumbai/Bengaluru
    • Work hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
