Job Description:
- Account opening and form filling process for all new Mumbai client accounts
- Resolution of discrepancies in new account opening for in coordination with Client/Custodian/RMS
- Client modifications to be made accurately on Wealth Spectrum with Custodians
- Cultivating solid relationships with clients as a reliable point of contact and by providing exceptional aftersales service
- Ensuring a positive onboarding experience for new clients
- Ensure statutory compliances with respect to all customer servicing related activities
Profile:
- You have an experience of 25 years with Premier Banks/ Wealth Managers/ Portfolio Managers, after graduation or post graduation
- Excellent command of English& Hindi language
- You are Client Centric & Long-Term oriented
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
