    Description

    Minimum work experience Required:

    • More than 4 years of experience in the IT industry.
    • 3 yrs Relevant ServiceNow experience
    • ServiceNow knowledge in areas – CMDB, HRSD/ CSM/ FSM/ ITSM/ ITOM (Discovery, ServiceMapping, Performance Analytics) and Custom application development, and integration.
    • Experience as a developer is must.

    Mandatory Skills:

    • Hands-on experience in Service Oriented Architecture and modules like- CMDB, HRSD, CSM,
    • Deep experience with ServiceNow are mandatory with accreditations covering the full range of ServiceNow products.
    • You would also provide technology consultation and assist in defining scope and sizing of work.
    • Experience in designing high level and low level documents is a plus
    • Good understanding of SDLC is a pre-requisite
    • Awareness of latest technologies and trends
    • You would implement solutions, create technology differentiation. You would participate in competency development with the objective of ensuring the best-fit and high quality technical solutions.
    • You would be a key contributor in creating thought leadership within the area of technology specialization.
    • Knowledge of architectural design patterns, performance tuning, database and functional designs
    • Ability to lead solution development and delivery for the design solutions
    • Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
    • Engaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios
    • Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple campaigns at the same time
    • Certification - Implementation specialist with ITSM or HRSD or CAD or any other
    • Location: PAN India (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Delhi/NCR)
