- Collaborate with business stakeholders and HR partners to understand the hiring requirements and projections
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for timely fulfilment of active requisitions within the defined TAT
- Engage extensively with talent pools through various sources - Social Media, Job Portals, Career Site, Consultants to develop a comprehensive pipeline for active and upcoming manpower needs of businesses
- Develop analytics for the effective tracking of the hiring metrics for various businesses
- Drive Employer Branding initiatives to create a wider outreach with current and future talent pools
- Design and implement standardized frameworks to increase the efficacy of the internal processes
- Candidates with experience in Manufacturing/Chemicals/FMCG/Pharma or allied industries will be preferred
- Masters degree in Human Resources (full time) from a Tier I/Tier II management institute
- Minimum 3+ years in Talent Acquisition with experience of handling lateral & leadership hiring
- Ability to independently interface with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the end-to-end lateral recruitment process for entry, mid & senior leadership roles for business units.
