    Role Description
    This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for the position of Head of Mechanical Engineering. The Head of Mechanical Engineering will be responsible for leading and managing a team of mechanical engineers, overseeing projects, and ensuring the smooth execution of mechanical engineering activities. They will also utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create designs and layouts for mechanical systems.

    Qualifications
    • Mechanical Engineering and Project Management skills
    • Experience in Team Management and leading a team of mechanical engineers
    • Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)
    • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Strong communication and leadership abilities
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
    • Experience in the culinary industry or kitchen equipment manufacturing is a plus
